Additional charges, such as shipping fees, will be clearly communicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been processed.

Shipping Policy

Destinations:
We currently only deliver products within the United Kingdom. Please note the following geographical restrictions:
  • Remote Areas: Delivery to certain remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, and other outlying islands, may take longer than usual and could incur additional shipping charges.
  • PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
  • Military Bases: Delivery to military bases within the UK may also be restricted, and standard delivery times may not apply.
  • International Shipping: Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping for flammable products at this time.

Delivery Time:
Orders are processed within 1 business day. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. The shipping cost is £3.40.

Incorrect Address Policy:
  • Delivery to Incorrect Address: If a package is sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the package will be redirected back to the sender.
  • Redelivery Costs: In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs. We will notify you of the additional charges and require payment before resending the package.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct and complete. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to avoid any delays or additional charges.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Conditions:
Products can be returned under the following conditions:
  • The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a full refund.
Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Return Costs:
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned products, we will inspect the package. If the items meet our return conditions, we will process your refund.
In cases where the returned package does not meet the specified conditions, such as the package arriving damaged or the perfumes being used, we may issue only a partial refund.
Restocking fees will apply.

Dangerous Goods Shipping Policy

Flammable Products:
Perfumes are classified as flammable products due to their alcohol content. As such, they are subject to strict shipping regulations. We can only ship flammable products within the UK, and they must be transported via ground services. Air transport is not available for these items.

All perfumes are carefully packaged and labeled according to transport regulations to ensure safety during transit. We adhere to all relevant guidelines, including proper identification of hazardous materials, to comply with legal requirements.
