1. What kind of perfumes are they ?

Our mission is to make it clear that our fragrances are inspired by high-end brands, but they have their own identity. When you choose one of our perfumes, you’re selecting a product that is a testament to our dedication to quality, artistry, and affordability.
2. Are they safe to spray on clothes ?
Using our products on clothes may lead to adverse effects, such as staining, discoloration, or damage to the material. It is important to exercise caution and avoid direct contact with textiles to prevent any undesirable results.
Maintain a safe distance when spraying the perfume to your clothes.
3. How should I store my perfumes ?
Keep it in a cool, dark place: Store your perfume in a location away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations. A cool, dark cupboard or drawer is an ideal choice.
Use it regularly: Perfume can last for several years, but it’s best enjoyed when used. Over time, the scent may change slightly, so it’s a good idea to rotate and use your perfumes regularly.

4. Can I amend of cancel my order after I have placed it?
If your order has not been processed, we may be able to cancel your order before it is despatched. Please email us using our contact form.
If your order has already been despatched, please follow the returns procedure and we will sort out your refund as soon as we receive the items back.
5. How long does delivery take?
Normal UK delivery is between 2-3 working days. During Offer Periods, Black Friday and Christmas, this may be a little longer.
Orders placed before 8AM Monday to Friday will be processed & shipped on the same working day. You will receive your parcel within 2-3 working days (excluding holidays). For Highlands and Islands this could be an extra day.
Orders placed on a Friday (after 8 AM), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
6. What is the cost of delivery?
Our delivery options include:
1.Standard Delivery £3.40:
The cost of delivery is a flat £3.40 to anywhere in the UK. All orders are sent fully tracked to your door on a 2 day service. When parcels are sent tracked, you will be sent tracking updates along the way so you can see where your parcel is at any given time.
2.Free Delivery for Orders Over £45:
We believe in rewarding our loyal customers. If your order total exceeds £45, we are thrilled to offer you FREE delivery. It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing ROXN.
7. What is your returns process?
At ROXN, we understand that sometimes the scent you choose might not be the perfect fit for you. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return procedure for unused perfume products within 30 days of your purchase. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products, and we’re here to make the return process as straightforward as possible.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure of the following conditions:
- The perfume product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- A valid reason for the return, such as a change of mind, sensitivity to the scent, or any other personal preference.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

8. Where is my refund ?
Once we have received your item, we will process the refund. This should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days.
